Welcome to Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath
Monkey Puzzle Bexleyheath Day Nursery and Pre-School is a privately owned nursery situated near the heart of Bexleyheath town centre at 304 Broadway, DA6 8AH. This makes us well perfect for serving families in the London Borough of Bexley.
It is owned by mother and father of two, Jenny and Parv Choudhury and offers a home from home environment, where children are able to prosper and learn. We are part of an award-winning nursery group, offering high-quality childcare in our specially equipped nursery for children aged three months to five years old.
Adding to this, we tailor our care to suit your child’s age. We achieve this by placing children into the following age categories: babies aged 3 to 18months, tweenies aged 18 months to 2 1/2 years, mini-preschoolers ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old. and lastly preschool aged 3 1/2 to school age. Due to our rooms being equipped especially for these ages, we are able to provide that home-from-home feel.

At our nursery in Bexleyheath, we are always looking for creative ways to engage our children in learning. Recently, after reading 'The three little pigs', we were amazed at how the children were inspired to create their own houses using a variety of materials.
From spaghetti to Weetabix, straw to sticks, the children used their imaginations to represent the different building materials from the story. As they built, they enthusiastically recalled key phrases and acted out scenes, truly bringing the classic tale to life.
This activity not only allowed the children to explore different materials and textures but also encouraged problem-solving and storytelling. It was heartwarming to see their excitement and creativity as they worked together to recreate the story in their own unique way.

🌿🐾 At our nursery in Bexleyheath, our Tweenies have been having a blast with an exciting animal hunt activity! Using nets, the children have been eagerly searching through the sand to uncover hidden animals. The joy on their faces as they identify each creature and discuss the sounds they make is truly heartwarming.
Our fantastic Early Years Educator, Hollie, has been guiding the children through this adventure, expanding their knowledge by talking about the different habitats where each animal lives. It's amazing to see how this simple activity is sparking their curiosity and love for learning through play.

At our nursery in Bexleyheath, the children have been embracing the spirit of Diwali and getting creative with their own fireworks! 🎇🎨 With the guidance of our amazing early years educator Lisa, the children worked together to make a big, colourful firework using paints and shaving foam. It was so heartwarming to see their excitement and joy as they mixed and swirled the materials, chanting 'bang' and 'boom' as if their firework was lighting up the sky. 🌟🎆 #DiwaliCelebrations #CreativeLearning #EarlyYearsEducation #FireworksFun

At our nursery in Bexleyheath, our children had a wonderful time making the most scrumptious pizzas for their tea! They showed fantastic independence carefully cutting peppers and mushrooms themselves, they then spread the sauce, sprinkled cheese on top, and chose their favourite vegetables to top their creations.
Aimee, our amazing Early Years Educator helped bake the pizzas to perfection by putting them in the oven.
The children were so excited to taste their homemade pizzas, and the room was filled with lots of happy “mmm’s” as they enjoyed every bite. It's amazing to see our little ones learning important life skills while having fun and creating delicious meals together. #EarlyYearsEducation #HomemadePizza #LearningThroughPlay 🍕👩🍳👨🍳

Just wanted to let you know that I'm planning to make some big changes in my life in the next few months. I'm going from being overweight to getting fit, and I'll be sharing the whole process with you.
