Today at our nursery in Bexleyheath, our Pre School children were fully engaged in the story of “The Gingerbread Man”. Our incredible early years educator, Chloe, set up a problem-solving activity inspired by the story. The children were tasked with getting their paper gingerbread men across a tray of water without getting them wet.
The children worked together, discussing and brainstorming ideas on how to solve the problem. They came up with some brilliant solutions, including using blocks as a bridge, using boats to transport the gingerbread men, and even wrapping them in tin foil to keep them dry.
It was amazing to see the children using their creativity and critical thinking skills to come up with innovative solutions. This activity not only tied in with the story they were learning about, but also helped them develop important problem-solving and teamwork skills.
We are so proud of our Pre School children and their amazing ideas! Keep up the great work, little ones! 🍪💡 #TheGingerbreadMan #ProblemSolving #EarlyYearsEducation #Teamwork #Creativity ... See MoreSee Less
