At our nursery in Bexleyheath, our children had a wonderful time making the most scrumptious pizzas for their tea! They showed fantastic independence carefully cutting peppers and mushrooms themselves, they then spread the sauce, sprinkled cheese on top, and chose their favourite vegetables to top their creations.
Aimee, our amazing Early Years Educator helped bake the pizzas to perfection by putting them in the oven.
The children were so excited to taste their homemade pizzas, and the room was filled with lots of happy “mmm’s” as they enjoyed every bite. It's amazing to see our little ones learning important life skills while having fun and creating delicious meals together. #EarlyYearsEducation #HomemadePizza #LearningThroughPlay 🍕👩🍳👨🍳 ... 🎃🌱 Today at our nursery in Bexleyheath, our Mini Pre School children had a blast exploring a pumpkin! They had so much fun scooping out the insides to find the seeds. Aimee, our wonderful early years educator, explained to the children that these seeds could grow into another pumpkin if cared for properly.
The children were thrilled by this idea and eagerly planted two pumpkin seeds into our garden's planting trays. We are all so excited to see what will happen next! Stay tuned for updates on our little pumpkin patch project. 🌿🧡 #LearningThroughNature #PumpkinExploration #EducationIsFun ... See MoreSee Less

At our nursery in Bexleyheath our pre school children have been exploring sound in their science lesson.
The children placed some salt on top of clingfilm covering a cup and made loud noises with their voices, the children were absolutely amazed to see the salt move around. Chloe, our amazing early years educator explained to the children that the vibration of their voice has made the salt move.
The children went on to explore sound in other ways such as pinging rubber bands over containers and using cups and string to talk to each other.
